I have a confusion though. The "Spencerian System of Practical Penmanship" states that the connective slant (the red slant in your sheets) is at 30 degrees. However in the 5 work books of Spencerian System of Practical Penmanship", the connective slantis actually not 30 degrees but more than 35 degrees.
Personally, I think they messed up during printing process- you know how while working in MS Word/Office , we try to fit an image in paper size by changing the image /slide size , and it makes oblong into round, and it changes the angles and sizes disproportionately. I think thats what happened when they were printing these workbooks.
Not sure though.
