Spencerian OP Spirals- How to?
« on: March 17, 2017, 08:14:50 PM »
I just love the use of spirals in words. Here are examples of what I am talking about https://www.instagram.com/p/BPrEIC0AV7-/

I have been copying the examples I have to learn and understand how to do them but have not found any material on how to build and practice this skill. I looked through the copybooks on iampeth and didn't see any examples. I want to learn how to do this starting with each majuscule. I would also like to learn advanced techniques I have seen like a spiral flourish on one line connecting to another letter in a line below. Any resources or suggestion would be appreciated!

Thanks for sharing this Ivan. I was so lucky to get a Oblique holder from Connie @colorsofchrist, through a 'Giveaway' she had organized sometime back. I have not touched any other holder since then. (not that I have may :D) Her videos are amazing and I'm awestruck when I see them.
