Creating customised guideline template

Could anyone please walk me through how to use these template creators? I would like to make a template with a standard 5x5 grid, and overlay that with diagonal lines at a 45 degree or 55 degree angle. Thank you

Do you have Powerpoint?  I can walk you through the process I used for the guidelines posted in the Spencerian section.
