What you see is handwritten, then scanned before uploading to the site.

Ken, ALL of your calligraphy is wonderful!  I'm really in awe of your skills!  You clearly are a master craftsman & this newbie loves all of your work!

I like this for the same reason I like to drink my tea pure. Without milk or sugar, the character of the leaf speaks for itself.

This example is neat and free of excess embellishment, so that the style may make its own statement.

I still don't get why some folks will go and buy white tea and ruin it with milk.

I know this is quite old but this is beautiful Ken and deserves an exemplar. I'd love to de able to do this one. I'm surprised it doesn't get more attention by calligraphers.
You are a box of exquisite surprises my friend. I usually sit up when I see your contributions.

Thank you all for your comments.

As I've mentioned elsewhere. I'm very much in favour of resurrecting old topics if we have fresh comments or observations to make. Because of the nature of the subject matter, there is very little that goes out of date on this forum and the many valuable contributions add greatly to the accumulated knowledge and enjoyment of calligraphy and lettering in general. Long may it continue.
