Hi Afreen! I like your name...so unique. I have a colleague from Kerala and she's been teaching me how to cook Indian dishes (but minus the spicy factor...my palate is slowly getting there, though!). I love butter chicken and naan and chickpea curry and beef dry fry...and toor daal and...oh goodness...I love them all! :)
