Until @AnasaziWrites posted these threads (those capitals are seriously phenomenal by the way!), I had not directly compared my exchanges to compare the years. Very different feel for sure! I am less hesitant in 2015, but a lot less structured :S

Ooo this was one of my favorites exchanges I've done so far. I dug through my pics to find what I have; unfortunately don't have any non-instagram pics saved anywhere.

The splatters were really fun, and I got red watercolor everywhere. I used a quote from Dracula and replaced the protagonist's name with each recipient's name.
So glad to have these threads to be able to browse through everyone's envelopes :).
@Starlee were we on the same list for this exchange? I think I remember getting that from you (unless I just remember it from IG!), but I remember thinking how perfect the spider webs went with your script.

Last Halloween I went for the witchy theme. I made a letter from the times of Spanish Inquisition from the leader of a coven using magic to ask for help in maintaining a secret important spell. I also made up an "spell" and broke it into parts so I sent a different part to everyone. It is all invented, of course, but if any time we all are together we can bring our parts of the spell and... I don't know... Create a vampire or invoke a demon. ;D
