Hello from Washington DC
« on: August 16, 2018, 11:45:20 AM »
Hello all!
My name is Kristian. I live just outside Washington DC USA. By day, I work for the US government doing Communications and Public Relations for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. By night I'm learning calligraphy and taking on any commissions or jobs that come my way.

I actually learned Italic calligraphy a million years ago, but always wanted to learn Copperplate. So, I finally jumped into it this year!

I'm mostly active on Instagram but I'm really enjoying looking through all the posts from experienced calligraphers and artists here.
