So many new suggestions! I'm usually a fan of HP Premium Paper, Rhodia pads, and Canson Marker Paper. They're oh so smooth!

I cheat and use the wax seal glue gun. No mess.  ;D

Erica, where do you purchase your wax seal glue? Are they the regular .44 in or the mini .25 in? Thanks in advance!

Thank you Mimi! I agree, the styling is ah-ma-zing! The photographer is so talented. I felt really lucky the bride had such a talented photographer, and that the photographer was willing to share with me/let me use her work in my portfolio!

Very true, but luckily she had such beautiful invitations to take photographs of! I'm sure she didn't want to miss out on a wonderful opportunity to shoot such a beautiful invitation suite! Great job!!

First of all thank you Bianca for all the help!!
And hearing someone else has also had trouble removing the coating off Hunt 101 is such a breather....i was going insane thinking how can it just be me?!  ;D

Not just you! Definitely has happened to the best of us! The only method I have yet to try is the potato method! I have a bunch of nibs to prep, so I think I'm going to try that next :) I'll give you an update on how well that works!

Do you have any suggestions of good fountain pens?

I hope I may be allowed to deposit my tuppence worth here, since I have strong views on this.

Very much appreciated! Thank you for the thorough and detailed explanation!

The wood grain is nice! In my opinion, if the transitions / curves were smoother, like the one on the left, it'd be perfect! But then again, if you love the work you're creating, that's all that matters! :) Great job!!!
