This is my first exchange and just wanted to clarify that I can write my design and then scan and print (giclee fine art print) to send to the people on my list or do I have to make multiple originals so that each person on my list gets an original?

This is also my first exchange and would like to ask if we should be sending different quotes to each person or if it's OK to send the same quote to everyone? Is it OK to write on postcard size paper and should we decorate it aside from the quote? Thank you and sorry if I have so many questions.

Yes! It is definitely OK to make copies or prints of your piece. Each one does not have to be an original.

You can do whatever you'd like - send each person a different one or send the same one to everybody. Yes, postcard is fine! You can make it as decorative or as simple as you like (but should contain calligraphy).

The exchanges are an opportunity to practice, get creative, and use calligraphy doing something other than drills. Having a theme gives us a focus and helps generate creative ideas. You will see there is a wide variety of what people do.
