We have a list of all the "official" exchanges for the year. We have just sent out the lists for the Five Things About Me Exchange. So that exchange is now closed and people will be working on and mailing their exchanges.
The next exchange will be open the first week of August. This is the Favorite Book Exchange. I will post an announcement that the exchange is open for sign ups with a link to sign up. Once the sign up deadline arrives, I put together all the lists and email them out. People then work on their exchanges and mail before the deadline.
While we have an "official" exchange list, anyone can start an exchange at any time. They just have to be willing to organize and distribute. However, since our calendar has been very full this year, we haven't really had time for any extras.
