I have been working on a lighter grip.  All is good during practice, but when I am actually Doing, my old Iron ways come back.

Try a squealing a squishy ball, like for computer users.
At work, I do computer drafting (non-stop) and the sponge foam ball really helps relieve cramping in my wrist and forearm.
