Introductions / Hi everyone :-)

Hi everyone!
I am just starting out learning calligraphy. I was a primary school teacher for 16 years, until I had a car accident and injured my back - and sadly then developing fibromyalgia, which is a chronic pain condition. Finding I could no longer teach I felt bereft! But I've always loved arts and crafts - and so took up drawing. Then I got engaged and I'm having a hand made wedding as much as possible. I've started making paper flowers, and lots of other wedding touches like confetti cones and Instagram frames.... I really want to hand write some of my stationary, and so have started learning calligraphy. I came across your forum and am looking forward to electing new people as well as learning a new skill. Thanks for reading :-)
