Our cat's name is Wifi  !!!! And believe me : he is well connected with each member of the family !!!
As Joy,  Wifi is the baby love of my life !!!

I have three cats too and yes, they tend to walk all over my stuff. Especially Pippin, he plops down right in front of me when I'm working, no matter what kind of things are on the table. Grrr! 
No, honestly, I can't be mad at them, they're just too cute.

Here is my fuzzy assistant. She is helping to further flatten papers in the flat file. Very thoughtful.
How do cats know when you have a deadline?
Can they sense the tension around wedding envelope deadlines? All it takes is that set up; pen in hand, ready to go, Mr. and Mrs.......and she appears out of nowhere with chin rubbing pen holder. Argh.
My studio is not complete without contented, sleeping cat nearby.

My fuzzy assistant would certainly like to join this club. She is an expert studio supervisor and makes sure that I take regular breaks.
Also note that she helps further flatten papers in my flat file. 14 years on the job and still purring.

This is Ginger and Ray The Stray.  They've been bugging me to join the Calligraphy Cat Club for weeks now.  They have been on this calligraphy journey with me for quite some time and are very grateful to Erica for finding an honorary space for them to be included since they do put up with a lot of......"just wait until I'm done with this envelope and then I'll feed you."

Ohhhh! I'm SO glad that I'm not the only one with kitty problems! The second I sit down to write, Flapjack absolutely has to come over and investigate. Lots of laptop sitting and paper trampling goes on. I have to resort to asking my fiancé to hole up in the 2nd bedroom with him so I can practice for a bit...which doesn't really work because then Flapjack starts meowing like there's no tomorrow. So far, he's only managed to knock over my cup of diluting water.  I do love the little rascal though!

omg all these kitties are sooo cute!  i'm a cat person who currently has a dog...not quite the same.  we adopted 2 beautiful white long haired cats, they were sisters, last year.  my daughter named them duchess and marie (from the Aristocats movie).  we were all in love.  fast forward 36 hours and my daughter was all red, covered in hives, and had trouble breathing.  so that's how we found out she is allergic to cats.
