I can not open the Getting Started section in FAQ. There are minus signs by them rather than plus signs. What am I doing wrong?

The plus and minus signs to the right indicate that a section can be collapsed (you'll see a minus sign) or expanded (plus sign).  If you click on the minus sign next to the "What does this mean" heading, for example, you'll see that the three subtopics below are hidden from view, and the minus sign turns into a plus sign.   Clicking on the subtopics in each section in the blue text will get you where you want to go.

Actually, the FAQ is not working properly right now as I am trying to complete the transition to an SSL secured server. Hopefully it will be up and running again within a few days.

I have updated the FAQ and I think fixed every link. If you take a look and something isn’t working, would you please respond so I can fix it? Thanks!
