New to flourishing... help!

I just learned Copperplate calligraphy and I want to learn flourishing this time. Upon seeing works in this area, making flourishes frustrates me because I cant find step by step instructions on how to make [decent] flourishing strokes. Do you guys know any flourishing resources that provide good instructions for beginners?
