This isn't actual calligraphy, but the writing is rather nice IMO and its definitely in an interesting example of written from back in the day

It's a bit hard for me to make out, but I think the second word of the second line is the thorn glyph for the word "the"/"ye" (as in a stylized thron maybe ends up looking like the letter ye).  Fun to see

I was thinking that, too, since I just learned that glyph exists from seeing it somewhere.  The Universal Penman, maybe?  I can't remember now.
