Seeking monoline exemplars

I am looking for exemplars to practice a Spencerian or Copperplate monoline form. Is this an acceptable way to begin learning these forms? All suggestions are welcomed.

Monoline Spencerian is called the Business Hand and IAMPETH.com has a number of books on it.

The Business Hand depends a lot on muscle memory (Spencerian too but less so) while Copperplate isn't nearly as fluid in execution. I would say its best to learn Copperplate with a flexible nib from the get go as I see little value in learning the forms first and adding shading later.

Just practice with a pencil first it's easier and when you feel comfortable with the forms, you can switch to pressure-release and then to holder and nib
