That is great that you have a calligraphy teacher. My calligraphy group is way out in the suburbs, but I shouldn't use that as an excuse.

The LA guild is so big, it has like 4 or 5 sub-guilds within itself! My teacher has a home studio and has students come to her for lessons. I drive 40 miles each way every 2-3 weeks during each session. I absolutely hate driving with a passion, so I guess I realy like calligraphy We're on summer break right now but Fall session should start in a few months.
