I remember someone posted somewhere info about usps postcard specifications and rates for national and international . But I'm not able to find the post.
I tried looking it up online,but couldn't find it. 
Can someone please help me out?

Hi! Hope all is well. The registration for IAMPETH 2017 begins in 4 days! Who is planning to attend it this year? Last year I was living in Cali, so I could attend the conference in Portland. This year I'm currently residing in Dublin,Ohio & Louisville is just 3 hours drive, so kindda hard to ignore it I am still deciding on which classes I would like to take
