I can't wait.. I've been tempted to buy old stock for the past year but have been waiting for this moment! (I have been enjoying the Esterbrook 356 though lately - but these will run out soon :) )

Randy, I have used them...like night and day.  The old nib's were super scratchy.  I tested on hot press Arches, the old ones caught every single time.  The new one glides much smoother on the upstroke.  And wonderful shading too.

We are talking to Speedball about fixing the Hunt 101.  Please (anyone) send me a pm letting me know which improvements you would like to see in the 101.

Reason #349 why I love this forum–everyone's excitement over this nib! I actually pulled one out yesterday and was like "you have so much potential little nib, but I just can't use you." So pleased to hear that the new ones are writing better. Can't wait to order them!
