Dip Pen forum?

Does anyone know of a general dip pen forum?
Example, what I am currently interested is general writing with a dip pen, not calligraphy (yet) or ornamental writing.
I have been looking but this is the closest that I have been able to find, in that most everyone uses a dip pen do to their writing.

Hi Garyn,
Did you try the fountain pen network? I believe they have a dip pen forum. They have a lot focused on the pen and writing, not necessarily calligraphy. Hope that helps!

Yes I did check the FPN.
They don't have a sub-forum/section for dip pens.  I have had to make do with posting within the general "first stop-frequently discussed topics" section.  But seemingly not very many dip pen users on FPN.

This is a nice place.  So much better than digging through the general stuff on FPN.
Once I get going on Italic calligraphy, I will be back for help and inspiration.

As a long-standing member of the Fountain Pen Network, would say that many of the people there use dip pens frequently. Just that dip pens are not the main topic of the forums. For those that are starting with dip pens, please search for the video on Hermann Zapf and Hallmark Cards. The video is about half-an-hour long and deals extensively with how to use a dip pen to do broad-edged lettering. Most all of the information applies to pointed-pen work as well.
