How can I post a youtube video clip?

I raised this question years ago - learned how to do it and have forgogtten again :'(

All I want to do is post an MP4 video clip. I have got the length of copying the youtube clip but can't remember how to paste it in a thread.

Help, please!

Hi Ken,
Once you have copied the URL from YouTube, click in your message, then hit [control] and [V] at the same time. This should paste the URL which will then automatically show the video once you post.  ;)

It worked perfectly. This time I made sure that I wrote down the instructions.  :)
