Suggestion for Black Paper?
« on: July 11, 2016, 02:35:19 PM »
Can anyone make a suggestion on a good black paper
to work with white ink?  Not sure where to start...
I generally shop online at Paper Ink Arts, Goulet & John Neal.

Thanks!

Canford Black paper, 90lb (150g/m2) made by Daler-Rowney works well.
John Neal stocks it.

Does anyone have an opinion on this product? https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00DTSJR90/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

A little cheaper for more sheets but could be false economy.

Blots sell the Frisk paper, Karen - that's usually a good sign.  I seem to remember it comes in two weights.

Karen, if you order some of that paper let me know how well it works!
I've noticed how expensive the black papers can get!  Would be nice to save a few $.
