We certainly need to teach our children the value in writing a letter/note/card to someone. My daughter LOVES receiving mail & gets so little. Let's encourage & enable!
There are pen pal organizations for children, but Cate is a little young for that (3 1/2) since she can't actually write, yet. Maybe we should organize some sort of round robin of writing to each other's kids.
Now THAT would be fun! I know the joy I get from receiving some pretty mail from calligra-friends so know that there are many kiddos that likely would too!

Loved the video & the acknowledgement that it gives our difficult craft! Could it have focused more on the calligraphy? Probably but it was a piece for Coors, not on calligraphy specifically. Kudos to Jake for such a great piece on his amazing work.
