Maybe a dumb question but.....If your a lefty, do these same rules / guidelines apply? Should I stick with a straight holder or spurge for the left handed oblique?

I don't know which side of town you are on, but I was thinking about taking one of these classes. I bought a couple zentangle books a while ago, but I understand it is better to actually take a class from a CZT teacher.

Welcome Karen!!! I am also from Tennessee and also took a class this last weekend with Molly at Paper and Ink Arts in Nashville on beginning copperplate. ( maybe we were in the same class?) You will enjoy this forum. I have gone back and read every thread, every post. The people here are so very friendly and helpful.

Ellen,
Yes I have been told I am lucky..... Paper and Ink Arts is less than a half hour away. I zip over there often and peruse the shelves. LOL I really don't know what I am looking at, but it is still fun!! They have SO many items there..... it is like eye candy!!
