Hello Everyone,
I was just wondering if I could get some advice. I've started to regularly send out letters to penpals and participating in exchanges. Looked at all the rules and regulations from Canada Post regarding envelope sizing, addressing, postage, etc., followed them, and most of my letters seem to be teaching their destinations. However, some if the letters that are going to Asia (particularly Singapore, HK, and the Philippines) are getting lost or realllllly delayed.
For example, I sent out parcels (same size, weight) to Singapore and to Texas near the end of August and a letter to the same people the very next day. The person in Singapore actually received the parcel first, within a week and a half. The person in Texas got her parcel and the letter a few days later. Unfortunately, the letter has yet to reach Singapore.
Any help and insight you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated. I dedicate quite a bit of time to each of my letters and it's a bit heartbreaking to not actually reach the person it was intended for. Thank you!
