Do you know if this guild is still active? The website says the next meeting is 2013. Also, do you know where this is? I'm in southwest Florida so I'd love to find out of they still host workshops!
I seem to remember reading that Proust used Blanzy Poures ... that's some sort of a recommendation, surely?
The 160 is one of the nibs which Kallipos.de recommend for copperplate, describing it as "extremely fine stroke, high flexibility". Have you worn one out yet? - my experience with some (not all) vintage nibs is that they have a long break in period before they relax and start to flex happily. Strong iron gall ink seems to accelerate this, but shortens the overall lifespan.
I have some too. I was saving for the flourishing tutorial but I'll try and dig some out for you. That link is great, too!
