Guideline Generator for ProCreate?
« on: January 29, 2022, 04:37:37 AM »
Hello again FF :)

I have been learning how to use Procreate and just love it.
Can anyone please help with a suggestion...I am having a hard time finding
a generator to make copperplate guidelines that are compatible with ProCreate.

Thank you for any suggestions!!

Oh, the fun never ends with ProCreate. I LOVE it, too! I haven’t found a guideline generator for it yet but I just click on Add, Insert a Photo, and then upload a photo of my favorite guidelines. The great thing about an ipad, is you can just use the ipad to take the photo.  ;D
Warm Regards,

This is a screen shot to show my guidelines as its own layer. You can adjust the ProCreate guides in all kinds of different ways but I’m not sure how you would do the slant guide.

I agree with Erica that the best way is to download a copy of your favorite guidelines. I just add layers to practice; these can easily be cleared. Also, Kestrel of Ink Me This has a free brush that creates guidelines; it’s pretty cool. I like the Spencerian brush from LoveLeigh Loops, available on Etsy. You will have lots of fun!
