Open Flourish | General Discussion / Squarespace etc

Hi all
i'm shopping for a website co, one that will be easy and user friendly as i do not know tech stuff,  only calligraphy stuff!

i signed up for Squarespace a while back and was unsuccessful in changing my domain name to their site,  since then i just put it on
the back burner until now,  now i am ready and it won't let me sign in.  well it's saying my password is wrong,  but doesn't have a "forgot your password" link
that i can find. 
i emailed them but have yet to hear back from them which has me concerned that if i run into a problem i have to wait 24 hours to get an email response?
i have searched and searched their site for a phone number but i think they are in the secret service as there is none.
frustrating to say the least.
anyway does anyone use them or have a suggestion for another website template, host that is easy and one that you can actually speak to a live person when you have an issue?!

i'm curious to know if you charge a rush fee and how you determined that.  if you would share your rush fee that would be great!

i'm working on a job now that is heavy stock and shiny,  fortunately it takes ink,  though if i get any oils from
my hands on the env it resists.  i figured out the way around that with my slot method of addressing. laser liner you have to wait til next job! lol
and by the way i highly recommend the laser liner!  well worth the cost.

my problem is that i can wipe off the ink with a damp paper towel,  i have never waterproofed anything but i'm afraid if these
get wet that will be the end of my addresses!

anyone waterproof after writing?

Coffee & Nib-bles / Rose gold

I was searching the forum and didn't see anything about rose gold.
Has anyone ever mixed their own rose gold?
Or have suggestions for one they like? I absolutely love Dr martins
Gold and just ordered three bottles, so if I can use that I would like to.
