It does not seem possible that we are already approaching the end of 2015! But here we are and it is time to sign up for the Flourish Forum 2015 Holiday | Winter Exchange. This is typically a very popular exchange. Please know that we have members from all over the world and many different religions so Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and many others' celebrations will be represented, expected, and welcomed.
Sign Up Deadline: Monday, November 9, 2015
Postmark Deadline: Monday, December 14, 2015
YOU MUST SIGN UP VIA THE FORM ABOVE OR YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SIGNED UP.
Please note the extended sign ups and deadline. However, as we all know, time starts to really evaporate as the end of the year draws closer. Personal commitments increase and time available decreases. This allows plenty of time so you can all please honor your commitment to your listmates.
As always, the following guidelines apply:
1. Although the cards do not have to be handmade, some kind of calligraphy should be used on either card or envelope.
2. You will send a card to every member on your list (typically 7-9 members).
3. Must be related to the theme.
4. All skill levels welcome!
5. If you end up not being able to participate, please contact me ASAP. If you don't send your cards after the list has gone out, you will not be able to participate in the next exchange.
6. You must sign up before the deadline. No late sign ups.

Signed up! I'm still very much a beginner though, and this is my first exchange ever, so I'm excited but also hoping that I wouldn't disappoint whoever's receiving my cards too much. ;D

Oh Boy!!!! I missed a lot of exchanges and need to send the last one out, I have all the cards ready but... sorry guys I hope you can all forgive me because this pregnancy really affected my mood and I am always tired, given that I have 2 girls and works full time too.
BTW, I am having a girl again :-)

We have a festival in India in November called Diwali. Technically finishes on 15th November. Does that qualify for topic for the winter exchange?

Just made it for the Christmas card exchange. Yeah! Calligraphers have/make the best Christmas cards.

Erica will let us know via the forum, when the lists go out. It usually takes a few days, I would imagine it's a pretty big job sorting out our mailing lists ;-)

I am busy working on the lists. We have well over 100 sign-ups so it's taking me a bit. Should be soon! ;D
