I think I'd skip the soup and main course and go straight to the cranachan and whisky truffles.
Did you get to sample the menu, @Ken Fraser  ?

Unfortunately not!

This was a long time ago. I remember it was an international competition and there was a great deal of excitement. The award ceremony took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Glasgow. I was there with my wife and  was surprised to be introduced as the calligrapher of this menu.
