L'Artisan Pastellier Illumination Ink..?

Just wondering what those who have tried L'Artisan Pastellier Illumination ink, think of it?

I just took a punt and got a bottle from Cult Pens here in the UK:

Can find plenty of reviews online of the Callifolio fountain pen ink but nothing on the one that looks like it might be great for dip pens?  Any thoughts anyone?

Can't even find whether it's permanent or water resistant, or not but I see it's pigment ink so am guessing it might be?

Anyone tried these and what did you think?
