Things that should be invented for calligraphers

Hi everyone,

I bet all of you have thought of one invention or the other that would make our lives so much easier. How about sharing them? Maybe someone will pick them up and produce the products 

My ideas:
A printer that prints in graphite, great for printing guidelines, you can erase them when you're done calligraphing.

A tiny notebook that looks like a calendar, with guidelines in there, so you can practice while at school or work and appearing busy

oh man, the centering tool, YES.

And maybe some kind of projector behind-your-eyes that lets you 'see' exactly where to place each line ... and gives you a little smack if you're going to create 'rivers' or run into your border.

And a machine to mix the PERFECT custom gouache colour, every time!  "I'd like a blue two shades lighter, please, but with just a touch of green, but please make sure it blends perfectly well with everything else on the page."

Moya - might want to look at that desk picture of mine, I think that's pretty much the ultimate lamp for me! Sorry to send you digging. I'm studying atm and can't be bothered to find it. It might look funny, that's because I put an origami cube onto the bulb unit to diffuse the light a little better so it doesn't cast annoying shadows.
