I lately bought the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer. Really affordable and very easy to use. It was recommended by office IT head.

Thanks does this print photos?

This may be a bit more than what you're looking for, but I have an Epson Perfect V800 scanner and a Canon Pro9000 Mark II printer.  Love them.  I had a Canon ix6820 which I also really loved and highly recommend.  I miss its speed!

Bianca is the 8620 you refer to the office jet pro?

Thanks so much for your suggestions.  I do have a laser printer which is a true workhorse, worked for7 years but its Blank and white only and the scanner resolution is too low even after i have set it to600 dpi.

Flourishing / 60 degrees for offhand flourishing?
« on: September 01, 2016, 09:00:52 PM »
Apologies if this is something that everyone already knows but when we refer to holding the pen at  60 degrees for doing flourishing (as mentioned in Ornate Pictorial Calligraphy and Hoang’s videos),are we talking about pen being elevated 60 degrees from paper or from where?  Im trying to do the exercises in the book but the shading is hard when they run parallel to the lower border of the paper (so shading strokes but not down strokes).  Is there a way to resolve this?

Hi Bianca,

You can sharpen it with a pencil sharpener!  Get one of those for makeup with a bigger hole for thicker lip pencils.  That should do the trick.
