I'm sure it's a store display. Top is a Columbia A N C (still haven't identified the maker yet) with holder. Below that is an Esterbrook Mammoth with holder, below that a standard Falcon and then a standard size school pen (like the 404) with a standard size holder.

My, oh, my. With the nib inserted, it's over 12" (40mm) long. The nib is almost 2/3" (15mm) wide and 2.5" (63 mm) long.
