Kind Critique / Poem layout

Hello 
I'm trying to write a poem that is quite long ..
I have several problem with letter shape, but ok .. for that I only need more time and practicing..
My biggest issue at the moment is with layout 

The first attempt that I had is a plain b/w

The main problem that I notice, is how to start exactly on the left side.. I'm going mad with these maiuscles (that is also the most difficult to me)
I find this layout boring, so I've tried something else


here there is some issue with perspective in photo (the lines are not really so weird)
but I still find it quite boring.

How can I do to emprove layout and composition?

I'm Katerina, I'm a graphic designer and a totaly beginner in calligraphy!
I've started to study almost one year ago and it's six months that I attend a class here in Venice.
I hope to emprove soon my abilities and learnig a lot!
