I remember the days when I spent many nights just doing drills... Please remember these are just warm-ups, they help loosen your muscle and prepares you for to begin your practice.

As you are learning to 'draw' the English Roundhands, your practice sheet should include a shaded practice of basic letter forms: Ovals, Universal Line of Beauty, Straight Lines, compound lines (as in n, m, u, i) etc... Doing all these seems redundant and time consuming and most of all boring...however, if your practice is with mindfulness, you only to need to practice every few.
I am sure other folks here have better suggestions than mine's simple drills.
