Posting videos

I posted video clips on the Flourish Forum some time ago but I've forgotten how.

Can anyone here, tell me how to upload MP4s,  which I have as video clips on my laptop?

Hi Ken,
Good to see you on Flourish! I don't believe videos can be uploaded directly. But you can post it on your Instagram or on YouTube and then post the link in a post.

If you post it on Instagram, you can go to the post, then to the right of your username, there are three vertical dots. Click on that, and then you can click, "Copy Link." This will give you a direct link to that post.

Here's today's stupid question from a computer illiterate.

Most of my video clips are only in MP3 format on my laptop. How do I post them on instagram or on Yputube?

Hi Ken,
I believe there is a way to convert them to MP4. On my laptop, there is a music manager, where I can right click on it, and then select convert to MP4. Or something like that. I will take a look and see if I can figure it out. Are they videos from a video camera or cell phone?

Sorry, my mistake, 
These are MP4 files taken with a camera and saved on my laptop.

I don't know how to load them onto instagram or youtube so that I can then transfer them to The Flourish Forum.
