It's Winter Spice. Interesting that the ink appears different in the two examples, written just seconds apart. Some of the elements settling out? No gum arabic needed on this one, at least on this paper.

Oh yes!  I can see it now!  @AnasaziWrites - the shimmer particles fall out of suspension really fast.  So you can see the blue shimmer on the first one, but then it's gone by the second dip.  However, "Winter Spice" also has a sheen built in, so you can see that metallic green on the second one.

I really like that ink.  Such great shading too - from a creamy pink champaign to a warm dark brown.  And a neon purple reaction to bleach!   I did that picture of Gina Lollobrigida with it last year...  I thought about buying the 50ml bottle...

And what a great example for "idiochromatic"!
