Watching You Tube videos related to Calligraphy

As I have been exploring Chinese calligraphy, I have found it helpful when watching You-Tube videos to slow the viewing speed down to 25% . It allows the movement of the writing instrument to reveal more movement detail.  It has shown not only the instrument detail, but also the paper deflection as it moves across it with varying pressure. Since I have a long way to go, anything and everything helps.
