New Opaque White Ink

McCaffery's just started making a bright white opaque ink!!

Below is a link to get some. Paper and Ink Arts also has it but not on the website yet from my understanding.

In a short conversation with Debi Zeinert, she described that it can be used directly from the bottle without having to dilute with water. She said her preference is to leave the cap off for a bit and it will evaporate and become very opaque. She has sworn off Bleed Proof White now as a result and said she has been through 5 bottles already.

Can't wait to get mine and give it a shot!

Please post samples for anyone who gets it first! I've very high hopes for this one! My poor bleedproof bottle is looking all red with jealousy!

just got mine in the mail yesterday, and i couldn't wait to try it.  at first it looked a little thin, but it dried just as opaque as bleed proof white.  it's really nice.  and to be able to use it out of the bottle is awesome.  i have one pic on my IG of my first try using it and will post another soon.

Arghhh I'm so mad.. my Johnneal package arrived two days ago.. but no McCaffrey's white ink in it!! They sent everything else in the order.. some nibs, this and that.. but forgot the main reason for the whole purchase aghhhh!

It is.. but I am going to try leaving my Bright White out in the sun some more to thicken it up.
