Hand Calligraphy + Digital Imaging
« on: January 17, 2017, 01:33:19 AM »
Hello,

Good morning Everyone.

I am working on Hand + Digital imaging these days.

I write on Paper first, then I scan them in to the PC, and then I use Photoshop for the editing. :)

Any suggestions, Critics and feedback are welcome.

Regards
Aman

Hi Aman,

This looks great and you have done an excellent job.
From what I can see the background is apt for the message and you have done complete justice to it.

@prasad thanks for the kind words, but I'm no Ustaad.
One thing that I would like to say is to compose the words so that the letters don't overlap.
Your strokes are clean and confident. But spacing is bit off and you will get it with little more practice.

Let me know if you have any specific questions.
Keep writing,
-Ashok

Hi,

My today's Digital Calligraphy markups :) ...

It's a Hindi/Devnagari Calligraphy. The quote is about, the lost days of childhood :)

bro, I love your energy - you hit Flourish Forum like a tornado. you're such a prolific calligrapher - how many pieces have you created in the last two days? Absolutely love your Hindi/Devnagari Calligraphy. In your post from yesterday with the kids - I like the original best.. great photo with the beads and the pop of red. Can you translate the quote for us?
Kindest Regards,
Brad

Hello @brd4790 ,

Good morning bro.

Thanks for your kind words.I hope that I am bothering all of you much, :) .

I had created 10 pieces in last 2 days :) . I am glad that you like by Hindi /Devnagari calligraphy ( yayyyy)... You liked the original one nice ;o) .
I do use the Digital imaging to look the stuff more creative :) .. The beads is from my meditation-bracelet , which I do wore all the time and use it in the calligraphy pics as an signature..

Sure , I can try to translate it as best I can ...

I am not able to see the Childhood,
Which I have left behind,
I tried to search,
every single corner of my village.

I think you might able to understand the *essence* of the quote , :)

have a nice day.

Regards
Aman
