In my professional opinion, these look like a rollerball refill. Are there any marks or engrossings that can identify its manufacturing information? Or maybe a serial code?

Were I to guess, I would say these are pins from a drafting tool, such as the ones pictured here (from my set).
They are removable, changing the function of a compass to a scribe to a caliper, etc.
