Hi Daniel,
my favourite is - in first instance - pointed pen calligraphy.
(The change between hairlines and strokes and playing with these is my big love.)
So I started with Copperplate. But now... I also practice Spencerian too.

There are a lot of posts in which I find myself. And it is so fascinating to communicate about calligraphy around the world

Hello,
I am Isabel from Germany!
My whole life, I prefer good writing "stuff" like pens, ink and paper.
But only since a few years I accept this passion and the fact that paper is my material.
On my "journey" I found these gorgeous scripts like copperplate, engrossersscript, spencerian and ... and so many great people who share this passion, too.
Writing is much more than bringing letters or words on the paper... for me it is the best beginning of a day and the form of meditation.
I am very thankful to be a part of this awesome Calligraphy-Family and to be here
