Introduction

Hi everyone,

My name is Alex (male just for a heads up haha)I'm from Australia, rural Victoria actually. There aren't any other people around my area that are also interested in calligraphy so I have just been looking at things online mainly through social media. I found this place the other night while searching if I got a bad batch of Leonardt ef Principals (I think I did) it seems like a great place to learn so I joined up :). I've always loved drawing however inspiration always stopped me from doing it in my adult life. I started studying engrosser's script just over a month ago now and I haven't put down a pen since.

Other hobbies include: lifting weights, boxing, watching tv shows/anime and sleeping

Hi Alex!  Nice to see you again on this part of the internet *wave* :D

 There are definitely some nib experts around here who might be able to help you out on that one, especially if you can post pictures.

Hi Alex! Welcome to the Forum :). It's entirely possible you got a bad batch of Principals, that happens sometimes.
