IAMPETH 2024 logo contest design winner … it’s me! 😂

I am so proud and humbled to share I won the logo design contest for the IAMPETH 2024 conference. I have done work for some big clients (Mercedes Benz, Hallmark, the Academy Awards) but there is nothing as rewarding as being recognized by your peers. So this is really a personal best for me in terms of accomplishment and gratitude.

Well done Erica and congrats!!!! This is stunning and elegant while still being playful and fun. I am planning on going next year and was exciting about it being the 75th year. Even tho its a year away this has me amped up all over again :p

Thanks so much! Yes, I demonstrated how to do calligraphy on the ipad with ProCreate and then printed people’s names on waterproof stickers with my little ink less printer, the PoooliPrinter. The second night was Evening with the Masters and I wrote people’s names in white on vellum with hand painted flowers. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos while demonstrating but these are the ones I did in the room for fellow demonstrators.

I used the TCK (The Creative Kinds) Petrichor gold for the accents. Let me tell you - I have found my gold! It looks raised when dried and like it was engraved with a gorgeous glimmer.
