I am sorry Schin, but in my area the real food are fabada and cachopo!

Wikipedia to the help:

- Fabada: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fabada#/media/File:Fabada_en_cazuela_de_barro.jpg
- Cachopo: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cachopo#/media/File:Cachopo_Tierra_Astur1.JPG

Obviously you need some cider to eat all up!

I love paella too, but it is just an appetizer here ;)

Hope we have an recipe exchange soon!

That I can definetely add! And I am going to add a "faba" (the bean used in fabada) si you can see how different from your local beans it is!

Against all my better judgement (okay, I'll manage time better on this one ;) ) I'd love to sign up for another exchange. I have no idea what on earth I'd do for this one though… I can't say I have a particularly creative brain!

At least I have a week to think it over before I (maybe) sign up! :D

Andrew you better sign up!!

I have no idea what I'm going to do either, but we'll think of something. You could write a poem about how long mail takes to get to you ;).

Going to sign up for this.  But have NO clue on what to do.

Just a few questions....
1) The stuff sent should be a calligraphy piece. So we can write about something unique to us in calligraphy?
2) Erica mentioned a "Card"...  send a postcard???
3) Would writing a small sentence or something in an uniquely Indian ink qualify?
4) Lots of mentions of recipes written in calligraphy were made, is something like that allowed?

Total confusion here.... please help :-[

Hi Prasad, I think it's just that we took it too far talking about sending food over by mail. I think any piece of calligraphy is accepted, either if it is a poem about your country and landscapes, a recipe, etc. I think it's an exchange open to a very wide and creative range of letters. It's gonna be fun!

I think that'll be where the fun comes in; seeing how everyone interprets it. As long as there is some calligraphy in there somehow  ;) This is going to be a fun exchange!

Not sure what I could bring to the "table" in this exchange, but maybe I'll think on it and sign up!
