Hi all,
I am shivam from India.
I am a naive calligrapher and feeling great to be a part of a group of dedicated calligraphers and artists from whom i can learn a lot and pursue my calligraphy training..!!!
I just love calligraphy and art in the form of cards,posters,notes and so on.
I hope to get support from wonderful people here.

Hi Shivam,
Big welcome to the Forum.  Glad to have another Indian on here.  There are now I think 5 of us here,including you.  What part of India are you in? 

This is a wonderful place to get support.  The people are so amazing in giving help, guidance and advice.  Feel free to ask anything you need to know.

What style of calligraphy are you interested in?
If you are looking at developing pointed pen, you should start with the tutorials by Erica in the Pointed Pen Nirvana section.

Waiting to see some of your stuff.

Hello fellow indians and friends from all over the world..!!
I belong to Gujarat,the state our PM belongs to..!

@Prasad-Actually i started calligraphy as a hobby long back but then was totally disconnected.
Now i want to rejuvenate my passion and love for calligraphy.
Basically I am not that much into the technicalities of calligraphy,which i want to learn now.
Also,i have basic nib set and isomar inks with me.And till date i havent practiced with oblique holders or pointed pen calligraphy.
So i would love to start learning these skills and develop whatever i know.

I hope to get more and more help from the whole community and achieve my dream of creating calligraphy projects on my own.
